Congratulations! You’ve completed your first 200- or 500-hr yoga teacher training!
WHAT NOW?
Yoga mentorship, that’s what! It’s normal to feel a little lost after your initial teacher training, which is why I’ve developed a yoga mentor program for new yoga teachers. I’m here to guide you, to dive deeper into asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, ritual, and prayer.
Mentorship Curriculum
My mentorship program is an ongoing monthly program that meets once a month in person or via Zoom for 2-3 hours to cover a topic. The following is what you can expect each month.
- A digital copy of the information covered for the month
- Homework assignments, only for your benefit, to get back into the information over the month to understand it more deeply
- Personal practice creation with my guidance as well as practices for your group or private classes that can be submitted to me for feedback
- A closed FB group with a live 1 hour Q/A session for ongoing questions throughout the month.
I encourage mentorships to last 6-12 months, and this is a donation-based mentorship program. Space is limited to ensure an intimate learning environment.
The first mentorship workshop will begin on September 17, 2020, and subsequent workshops will follow on the third weekend of every month.
Suggested donations:
$100 for drop-ins
$50/month for a minimum 6-month commitment
