Join Jennifer Landon, LPC and Laura Abbott Coan, Yoga Therapist C-IAYT for a unique weekend experience of the The Enneagram and Yoga. The weekend will cover the 9 personality types of The Enneagram and shed light on the motivations behind why each type habitually behaves in thought, speech, and action. With this eye-opening insight, we will then apply Yoga techniques to help break old patterns of the personality. The yoga will include gentle movement (suitable for all levels), breath adaptation, meditation, and sound. The weekend is rich in content, experiential practice, and discussion.
Expect to be touched in a multidimensional way and leave feeling vibrant with tools to take home and continue the transformation. You will also better understand others including your partner, family, friends, and coworkers.
What is the Enneagram?
The enneagram is a model of 9 different ways we interact in the world, and each individual identifies with one. It helps you to understand why you do the things you do, think the way you think, and feel the way you feel. You will discover what truly motivates you in life and how to break through blocks that hold you back.
How Does Yoga and Meditation Work With the Enneagram?
We will use gentle accessible yoga postures coupled with breath to move and transform energy in a positive way as well as meditation to offer stillness in order to see more clearly that which is of true value in your life.
